Haha, just kidding. I know dried scallops are super expensive, but I always balk at the prices when I see them in the stores in Chinatown. These were actually on the cheaper end too!

    That is so expensive! What do you do with dried scallops? I love fresh scallops. Just because it is so expensive, I kind of want it.

      Dried scallops are used for flavoring. Just a little bit has such a strong flavor! I really have no idea why they're THAT expensive though!
